Kurt E. HELMICH, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

Kurt E. Helmich, pro se, Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

Kurt E. Helmich, pro se, Appellant.

Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

Per Curiam.

AFFIRMED . This Court's records reflect that, in addition to this case, Appellant has filed at least five prior postconviction petitions and appeals in this Court related to Duval County Circuit Court case number 2014-CF-008326: 1D19-4204, 1D20-0487, 1D20-0593, 1D20-3595, and 1D21-0441. These cases reveal a history of filing repetitious and frivolous postconviction motions, appeals, and petitions. Appellant has not obtained relief in these cases, and his current appeal is frivolous.

The Court warns Appellant that any future filings that this Court determines to be frivolous may result in the imposition of sanctions, including a prohibition against any further pro se filings in this Court and a referral to the appropriate institution for disciplinary procedures. See § 944.279, Fla. Stat. (2021).

Rowe, C.J., and Bilbrey and Jay, JJ., concur.
