ORDER

¶1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Johnson, Owens, Gordon McCloud, and Montoya-Lewis, considered this matter at its March 2, 2021, Motion Calendar and entered an order staying the case pending a final decision in Supreme Court No. 99283-5 - Carlton and Margaret Evans v. Spokane County . On March 5, 2021, counsel in the Evans case filed a motion to dismiss review and an order granting that motion was filed on March 8, 2021. Therefore, the stay of this case was lifted. After further consideration of the petition for review, the Department unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 That the petition for review is denied. For the Court
