The plaintiff's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 147 Conn.App. 405, 82 A.3d 677 (2013), is granted, limited to the following issues:

“1. Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the judgment of the trial court should be reversed?

“2. If the answer to the first question is in the affirmative, did the Appellate Court properly determine that the matter should be remanded to the trial court with instructions to render judgment for the defendant?” ZARELLA and ROBINSON, Js., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
