ORDER DENYING PETITION
This original petition seeks a writ of mandamus ordering the recusal of Sandra Merlino for refusing to file pleadings in petitioner Peter Helfrich's postconviction and parental rights cases and ignoring his requests for "Indigent (Complete) File Stamped Copies of all Pleadings, Motions, etc." It also seeks an order directing the recusal of Judge Gamble and the transfer of his case to the First Judicial District Court. He asserts "Judge Gamble has once again abandoned the bench and joined [his] opponent(s)." We have reviewed the documents submitted in this matter, and without deciding upon the merits of any claims raised therein, we decline to exercise original jurisdiction in this matter. See NRS 34.160; NRAP 21(b); Pan v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Court, 120 Nev. 222, 228, 88 P.3d 840, 844 (2004) ("Petitioner[ ] carr[ies] the burden of demonstrating that extraordinary relief is warranted."). Accordingly, we
ORDER the petition DENIED.
