ORDER DENYING PETITIONS
These are original petitions for a writ of mandamus and/or prohibition. Petitioner appears to assert respondents have illegally seized documents from him, failed to respond to his "Private Conditional Acceptance for Value Upon Proof(s) of Claim(s) in the Nature of Request for Discovery," and failed to cure and/or contest acceptance within the time stipulated. We have considered the petitions and all documents filed in these matters, and we are not satisfied this court's intervention by way of extraordinary writ is warranted at this time. See NRS 34.160; NRS 34.170; NRS 34.320; NRS 34.330; NRAP 21(b)(1); Pan v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Court, 120 Nev. 222, 228, 88 P.3d 840, 844 (2004) ("Petitioner[ ] carr[ies] the burden of demonstrating that extraordinary relief is warranted."). Accordingly, without deciding upon the merits of any claims raised, we
ORDER the petitions DENIED.
