Order modified as follows: striking out the word "exact" from paragraph 1; striking out the words "and under what conditions" from paragraph 5; striking out paragraphs 3, 4, 6 and 8; and as modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to any party. Time for the examination set for May 17, 1949, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon. All concur. (The order directs an examination of a party defendant before trial.)
