Appellant Shiraz M. Shivji's request for leave to submit a supplemental brief is granted. Shivji may serve and file, no later than November 7, 2018, a supplemental letter brief directed solely to the issue whether Code of Civil Procedure section 1286.2, subdivision (a)(5), provides a basis for vacating the arbitration award in this case. Respondent Alan Heimlich may serve and file a responsive letter brief no later than November 21, 2018.
