This case was stricken from the Court's January 9, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On February 21, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that the parties have reached a basis for settlement. They requested that the Court allow additional time so that petitioner Greg Allan Heiman can consider collection alternatives. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 24, 2023, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
