No objections have been filed to that R&R in the time permitted. Based on the R&R of the Magistrate Judge, and on all the files, records, and proceedings herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. The May 31, 2023 R&R (Doc. No. 25) is ACCEPTED;

2. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 16) is DENIED;

3. Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 21) is GRANTED; and

4. The Commissioner's decision is AFFIRMED.
