On appellants' motion, this cause has previously been abated in aid of settlement negotiations. The parties have now filed a joint motion advising this Court that they have succeeded in settling the matter at issue and requesting that we dismiss this appeal and tax costs against appellants. We grant the motion, dismiss the appeal, and assess all costs against appellants.
