PER CURIAM

The parties have filed an agreed motion to abate this appeal pending the Court's decision in the related accelerated appeal, Hegar v. TMBJ Investments, Inc., No. 03-18-00045-CV. We grant the motion and abate the appeal. Within 30 days after this Court issues its opinion and judgment in TMBJ Investments, appellants shall either file an opening brief or notice of dismissal of appeal. Failure to do so may result in the dismissal of the case for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b). Before Justices Puryear, Pemberton, and Bourland Abated Filed: April 6, 2018
