This case was called from the calendar for partial trial on November 18 and 19, 2019, at the Court's Tampa, Florida trial session. As the transcript of proceedings held on November 19, 2019, more fully reflects, petitioners initially failed to appear on that date when the case was called, and respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. Petitioners thereafter appeared in the courtroom and participated in the proceedings.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed November 19, 2019, is denied as moot.
