Giving due regard to the representations contained in the joint status report, filed May 12, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion for continuance, filed January 14, 2023, and heard in Houston, Texas, on February 13, 2023, is granted, and this case is continued.

The undersigned will continue to retain jurisdiction over this case, and unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, the parties should expect that the case will be set for trial during the Court's 2023 fall term.
