ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge

On August 24, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report in which they represent their agreement that the consolidated cases may be resolved without a trial. The parties state that they will work to submit these cases for decision under Tax Court Rule 122, but that if they are unsuccessful, they will file cross-motions for summary judgment.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file, on or before October 27, 2023, an appropriate motion (or motions) or a joint status report detailing the then-present status of the cases.
