HEATHER LEIGH GLUCK IRREVOCABLE TRUST, ET AL., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge

On March 6, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report in these consolidated cases. In their report the parties represent that they are in mutual agreement "that the Court should set these cases for trial." In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before May 24, 2023, a joint status report detailing the then-present status of the cases. In that report the parties should address the possibility that the cases could be resolved without trial under Rule 122 or via cross-motions for summary judgment. If both parties believe that a trial is necessary, they should indicate their best estimates of the expected length of the trial.
