MARCUS HEATH AND HIS MOTHER, MARILYN HEATH v. STATE OF LOUISIANA THROUGH THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY AND A&M COLLEGE


In Re: Marcus Heath and his mother, Marilyn Heath, and Cameron J. Taylor and his parents, Jerome E. Taylor and Reda L. Taylor applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 582,218 c/w 582,340. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, CRAIN, THERIOT, DRAKE AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. We find that respondent failed to meet its burden of demonstrating entitlement to summary judgment. Accordingly, the application is granted and the court's April 22, 2015 judgment is reversed.
