ORDER

Upon due consideration of the hearing held on August 14, 2024, at which both parties appeared, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause issued May 28, 2024, is discharged. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's oral motion to deny the pending Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution without prejudice is granted, and the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed May 24, 2024, is so denied. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before September 13, 2024, file a status report concerning the then-present status of this case and their efforts to resolve the issues presented. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is no longer retained by the undersigned, and this case is restored to the general docket.
