This is an action ex delicto and plaintiff appeals from judgment rejecting her demands.

For the reasons assigned in the opinion of this court, this day handed down, in the case of Oscar Demery v. Reliance Insurance Company et al., La.App., 150 So.2d 44, the judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellant's cost.
