THE COURT. — IT IS ORDERED that the opinion filed herein on June 22, 2015, be modified as follows and the petition for rehearing is DENIED:
On page 31, lines 6 and 7 [237 Cal.App.4th 1337, 1st par., line 12] from the top of the page, delete "as stated in footnote 7 of this opinion" and insert in its place "as stated in footnote 6 of this opinion."
The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
The modification does not change the judgment.
