DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 8, 2012, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 16, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition," and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition".
