DAVID NORMAN HAZLITT, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 2 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause Nos. F16-00438-I & F16-00439-I

ORDER

By order dated March 20, 2017, we struck appellant's brief because it identified the complaining witness, as well as other children, by their full names. On March 31, 2017, appellant filed his amended brief. Despite being admonished about identifying the complaining witness by name, the amended brief still contains the complaining witness's name as well as that of a sibling. We STRIKE appellant's March 31, 2017 amended brief.

We again ORDER appellant to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, an amended brief that identifies the complaining witness and any other child by initials only.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to John G. Tatum and the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.
