JEFFREY SCOTT HAZLETT, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 380th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 380-81088-2015

ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

Because appellant's brief had not been filed and we had no communication from appellant regarding the brief, we abated this appeal for a hearing. On April 6, 2017, the trial court entered findings and recommendations. We ADOPT the trial court's finding that (1) appellant desires to prosecute the appeal, (2) appellant is indigent and represented by appointed counsel Mitchell Nolte, (3) Mr. Nolte was delayed in filing a brief because of his work schedule and family commitments, and (4) Mr. Nolte will file a brief on or before April 21, 2017.

We ORDER appellant's brief filed on or before April 21, 2017.
