This case is presently calendared for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence Monday, January 9, 2023, in Indianapolis, Indiana. On November 25, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing (respondent's motion). In respondent's motion, respondent represents that he is seeking a subpoena to obtain documents related to reporting of income to respondent by two third-party payors. Respondent further represents that he was advised that "petitioner does not know whether they will object to the motion at this time."

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 5, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, filed November 25, 2022.
