HAZEL TOWERS COMPANY, L.P., Petitioner–Landlord, v. Marguerite GONZÁLEZ, Respondent–Licensee.


In accordance with the foregoing, González's motion for summary judgment as to her succession claim is granted, she is entitled to eviction protection under the succession regulations (9 NYCRR 2204.6[d][3] ), and the proceeding is hereby dismissed. Landlord's cross motion for discovery and other relief is denied as moot. González must pay any outstanding U & O within 45 days of service of this Order with Notice of Entry upon her. The foregoing constitutes the decision and order of the Court.
