On August 22, 2024, petitioner apparently attempted to file an objection to the pending Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction in the above-docketed matter. However, all that was submitted seems to a screenshot of a DAWSON message advising of an error in the upload process.
Accordingly, the premises considered, it is
ORDERED that the document filed August 22, 2024, at Docket Index No. 29 shall be deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is hereby extended to September 5, 2024.
