ORDER
The clerk's record in this appeal has not been filed because appellant has not paid the fee. However, the Dallas County Clerk's "Online Record Search" site reflects appellant filed a "Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs" on August 31, 2017, following the justice court's judgment. Accordingly, pursuant to Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 145, we ORDER Dallas County Clerk John F. Warren to file, no later than February 2, 2018, either (1) the clerk's record at no cost to appellant or (2) a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of any trial court order requiring appellant to pay court costs. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 145.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Mr. Warren and the parties.
