One acquiring title to lands by governmental section numbers cannot, in a boundary line dispute, rely on the adverse possession of his predecessor in title to lands not described in his deed, but must rely on his own possession of the disputed strip. Alford v. Rodgers, 242 Ala. 370, 6 So.2d 409; Haywood v. Hollingsworth, 255 Ala. 453, 51 So.2d 674; Wilson v. Cooper, 256 Ala. 184, 54 So.2d 286. It is presumed that one enters only the lands conveyed him by his deed and takes only the acreage described therein and the character of interest conveyed thereby.
