ORDER

Appellant's appointed counsel filed a brief in compliance with Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). Appellant later filed a pro se brief and an amended pro se brief. On November 4, 2020, this court issued an opinion affirming the trial court's judgment.

On November 18, 2020, appellant filed a pro se motion for a sixty-day extension of time to file a motion for rehearing. The motion is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. If appellant desires to file a motion for rehearing, he must do so no later than December 31, 2020.

Also on November 18, 2020, appellant filed two other pro se motions: (1) a motion to expand the record on appeal and (2) a motion for Brady material. These motions are DENIED.

It is so ORDERED on December 1, 2020.
