ORDER

On June 26, 2020, appellant filed a pro se letter seeking access to certain medical records. We understand appellant's request to be seeking access to the sealed clerk's record. The State also has requested access to the sealed clerk's record. It is therefore ORDERED that the Clerk of this court will mail a copy of the sealed clerk's record to appellant at his address of record: Sean Hays

Rosharon, Texas 77583 It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this court will make the sealed clerk's record available to the State via secure Dropbox. The Clerk will contact counsel for the State with instructions to access the sealed clerk's record. It is FURTHER ORDERED that if appellant desires to file an amended pro se brief referencing the sealed clerk's record, he may do so by no later than August 14, 2020. Regardless of whether appellant files an amended pro se brief, if the State chooses to file an amended appellee's brief referencing the sealed clerk's record, it may do so by no later than September 14, 2020. All parties and their attorneys are ORDERED: (1) to fully comply with the instructions provided by the Clerk of this court regarding their access to the sealed record; and (2) not to share the contents of the sealed record with any person except to the extent necessary to prepare their respective amended briefs, should they choose to file amended briefs. In the event either party files an amended brief referencing the sealed clerk's record, it is ORDERED to (1) file the brief in paper form only, (2) with a cover letter informing the Clerk of this court that the brief references the sealed record. See TEX. R. APP. P.9.2(c)(3) (exception to electronic filing for documents under seal).
