ORDER


Pursuant to Rule 62(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, defendants seek a stay of execution of this Court's August 22, 2001, judgment against them pending the disposition of their post-trial motions. Based on the files, records, and proceedings herein, IT IS ORDERED that:

1. The execution of the August 22, 2001, judgment is stayed until this Court's disposition of defendants' post-trial motions. [Docket No. 107.]

2. Defendants' Irrevocable Letter of Credit, once served and filed, is approved as security under Rule 62(b).
