ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order served March 15, 2024, the Court directed petitioners to file a Ratification of Petition. To date, petitioners have not filed a Ratification of Petition. On May 1, 2024, petitioners filed a Letter dated March 14, 2024, in which they ask for this case to be closed.

Upon due consideration, it appearing that petitioners do not intend to comply with the Court's Order dated March 15, 2024, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that petitioners failed to file a Ratification of Petition.
