DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to vacate dismissal of appeal, for consolidation, and for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated January 30, 2018 and for an extension of time to perfect said appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 31, 2019, and is further

ORDERED that the motion for consolidation is denied, without costs, as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9 [f] [3]).
