Due to inadvertent clerical error, the Court's Order served on March 9, 2022, was not properly served on respondent. For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to attach a copy of the Court's Order served on March 9, 2022 (Docket Entry #10), and re-served it on respondent. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which respondent shall file a response and attach a complete copy of the notice of deficiency is extended to April 19, 2022.

Upon due consideration of respondent's Status Report, filed March 4, 2022, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 8, 2022, respondent shall file a response to this Order and shall attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based.
