Appellants having moved for the admission pro hac vice of Leslie A. Gelhar, Esq., for purposes of the appeal taken herein from an order of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on January 31, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Soo-young Chang, Esq., dated February 28, 2012, the affidavit of Leslie A. Gelhar, Esq., sworn to February 17, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and Leslie A. Gelhar, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for purposes of this appeal.
