was not an abuse of discretion. See Hayes v. State, 616 So.2d 367, 368 (Ala. Crim. App. 1993) (where Hayes alleged that his counsel was ineffective for advising him to plead guilty and failing to advise him of his maximum possible sentence, the circuit court properly resolved the conflicting evidence presented at the hearing to determine that the plea was voluntary).Based on the foregoing, the judgment of the circuit court is affirmed.
