DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 28, 2012, inter alia, for leave to renew a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 19, 2012, which determined his prior motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 2, 2012, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated August 28, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
