Motion for reargument denied, with ten dollars costs. Motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals denied. The decree of the Surrogate's Court of May 9, 1929, construing the will in a proceeding instituted by Stephen Smyth Hardiker is a complete bar to the relief sought by the defendant Stephen Smyth Hardiker in his answer in this action.
