ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On January 19, 2024, petitioner filed the petition to commence this case. On July 2, 2024, in accordance with Rule 27(h), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, petitioner filed a Motion for Leave to File Redacted Petition and lodged a Redacted Petition, in which references to petitioner's taxpayer identification number have been eliminated.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Leave to File Redacted Petition, filed July 2, 2024, is granted and the Clerk of the Court shall file as of the date of this Order the Redacted Petition lodged by petitioner. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's unredacted petition filed on January 19, 2024, is sealed and it shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by Order of the Court.
