BY ORDER OF THE COURT.
Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus 2D14–469 is denied. Petitioner's motion for review is treated as a motion to review the denial of supersedeas bond and is hereby transferred to petitioner's direct appeal in case number 2D12–5325. The motion to review the denial of supersedeas bond is granted to the extent that this court has reviewed the motion but the lower court's order denying bond is affirmed. Petitioner's motion for appointment of counsel is denied.
