ORDER

The court is currently reviewing Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. Upon review of the motion and summary judgment evidence, the court determines that a hearing is necessary. Accordingly, a hearing on Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is set for April 15, 2005, at 3:30 p.m. At the hearing, the court desires to focus on the following matters:

(a) the final decisionmaker with respect to Plaintiff Hawkins's termination;
(b) the process for posting the position in question after Plaintiff's termination and whether that position was the same, or essentially the same, and whether Plaintiff was qualified for that position; and
(c) Plaintiff's specific factual basis for her age discrimination claim in light of her statements that age was not a factor in her termination.

It is so ordered.
