DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the attorney for the respondent Kiona Edge to be relieved of an assignment to represent the respondent Kiona Edge on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated August 16, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the respondent Kiona Edge, Daniel L. Pagano, Esq., 2649 Strang Boulevard, Suite 303, Yorktown Heights, N.Y. 10598, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the respondent Kiona Edge herein assigned; and it is further,
