Action to quiet title to certain real property subject to two judgment liens held by the plaintiffs, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Litchfield, where the defendants filed counterclaims, and tried to the court, Pickett, J.; judgment for the plaintiffs on the complaint and on the counterclaims, from which the defendants appealed to this court. No error.

William T. Barrante filed a brief for the appellants (defendants).

Alfred P. Forino filed a brief for the appellees (plaintiffs).


We have scrutinized the record and briefs submitted with this appeal. After affording the defendants' claims of error the appropriate scope of review, we find them to be without merit.
