ORDER
This matter arises on Plaintiff's Motion for Stay in Proceedings Pending Decision on Motions Filed in Case Number 09-cv-1380 [etc.] [Doc. # 213, filed 8/23/2011] (the "Motion to Stay"). I held a hearing on the Motion to Stay this afternoon and made rulings on the record, which are incorporated here.
