ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On November 20, 2020, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment and a Memorandum in Support thereof (collectively, respondent's Motion). On the same date, petitioner, too, filed a Motion for Summary Judgment and a Memorandum in Support thereof (collectively, petitioner's Motion).

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 8, 2022, each party shall file a response to the other party's Motion. It is further

ORDERED that this case is assigned to Special Trial Judge Adam B. Landy solely to dispose of the parties' Motions.
