ORDER

Diana L. Leyden, Special Trial Judge

This case was calendar for trial at the March 21, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session of the Court. By Order served March 9, 2022, this case was stricken from the calendar, jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned, and the parties were directed, on or before April 22, 2022, to either submit stipulated decision documents or file a status report.

On April 21, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report indicating additional information is needed and requested 60 days to file a decision document or a status report. By Order served May 4, 2022, the Court directed the parties, on or before July 5, 2022, to either submit stipulated decision documents or file a joint status report.

On June 28, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report stating petitioner needs more time to secure documentation necessary for his case and requested 60 days to file a decision document or a status report. By Order served June 30, 2022, the Court directed the parties, on or before August 30, 2022, to submit stipulated decision document.

On August 29, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report informing the Court that to date, petitioner has not provided the necessary documents and has not contacted respondent. To proceed with the case the Court is setting this case for trial.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during the Court's October 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, Trial Session to be conducted remotely. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding, (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's October 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, trial session, and (3) a clinic letter for San Francisco, California.
