JUSTICES OF THE PEACE, § 162 — appeal bond, insufficiency. Appeal from justice of the peace to the county court was properly dismissed in action of forcible detainer, where four defendants appealed but only one signed the appeal bond, such appeal being joint even though it was not specifically stated to be joint.
