JUSTICES OF THE PEACE, § 162appeal bond, insufficiency. Appeal from justice of the peace to the county court was properly dismissed in action of forcible detainer, where four defendants appealed but only one signed the appeal bond, such appeal being joint even though it was not specifically stated to be joint.

Appeal from County Court of Cook county; Hon. ALBERT E. ISLEY, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in third division, first district, this court at December term, 1939.
