This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Jackson, Mississippi remote trial session scheduled to commence April 18, 2022. On February 17, 2022, petitioners filed four Motions to Take Judicial Notice (docket entries 17, 18, 19, and 20) and two Memorandum in Support of Motion to Take Judicial Notice (docket entries 21 and 22).
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that, on or before March 23, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioners' four Motion to Take Judicial Notice at docket entries 17, 18, 19, and 20.
