AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT


In Hatcher v. State, 646 So.2d 676 (Ala. 1994), the Alabama Supreme Court held that the trial court correctly admitted evidence of collateral sexual offenses by the appellant during his trial on charges of sexual abuse in the first degree. Therefore, the judgement of the trial court, finding the appellant guilty of sexual abuse in the first degree, is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
