Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Robert L. McWilliams, Judge.

Action by N.E. Scofield against Willard P. Calkins and W. F. Wilkie for breach of contract, wherein a joint and several judgment was entered against defendants. Plaintiff having died, Frank O. Hatch, as administrator of the estate of N.E. Scofield, deceased, obtained an order to show cause why leave to enforce the judgment should not be granted, and, from an order granting the administrator’s motion for leave to enforce the judgment after five years, W. F. Wilkie appeals, defendant Calkins also having died.

Affirmed.
