ORDER

On December 14, 2021, petitioners filed the petition to commence this case. Confidential taxpayer information was not redacted from that petition. Thereafter, on January 18, 2022, petitioners filed a first amended petition, from which confidential taxpayer information was redacted.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall remove the petition, filed December 14, 2021, from the Court's public record and it shall be sealed. It is further

ORDERED that the Court shall retain the petition, filed December 14, 2021, in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an Order of the Court.
